Koki Joni is an organizational company in the restaurant sector, which is very popular with many groups. Koki Joni serves a variety of pasta and turkey dishes. In this study, the respondents were taken by total sampling method, which was taken from all employees in Koki Joni as many as 30 people. Based on the background that has been written in this study, the focus of the problem in this study is as follows: "Is there an influence on organizational communication climate and the amount of influence on employee performance at Restaurant Koki Joni?" The result of this research showed that between climate communication is the organization and the employee performance. This result is obtained from the processed results showing a significance level of 0.0000, this indicates 0.0000 < 0,1.
