This study aims to see the direct relationship between job crafting dimensions and work engagement. Using the convenience sampling method, data collection was carried out on 126 millennial civil servants who work in various conventional institutions in Java, West Kalimantan, Sumatra, Bali, and Sulawesi by providing a questionnaire of job crafting scale and work engagement scale. The data analysis method used is multiple regression with the results showing that out of the four dimensions in job crafting, increasing structural job resources, inceasing social job resources and increasing challenging job demands have a significant positive correlation with work engagement, whereas decreasing hindering job demands did not have a significant correlation with work engagement. The effective contribution from each dimension of job crafting to work engagement is as follows, increasing structural job resources by 36.25\%, increasing challenging job demands by 17.25\%, and inceasing social job resources by 8.64\%. To conclude, job crafting plays an important role for the work engagement of employees in an organization.} }
