However, some youth organizations that are still loyal and survive until this day, one of them was Karang Taruna Janti. This research uses function of communication in an organization and loyalty aspects to perform analysis. This study uses qualitative description method with in-depth interviews, observations, and documentations to obtain data. Researchers used triangulation of data sources based on the results of interviews with Lecturers of Communication Sciences in Amikom Yogykarta, Mrs. Dwi Pela Agustina, S.I.Kom., M. A.
