abstract: This research focuses on organizational communication in building members’ loyalty, on Karang Taruna Janti, Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman. One of phenomenon related to Karang Taruna in the era of globalization was the lack of loyalty of the younger generation in youth activities or karang taruna. However, some youth organizations that are still loyal and survive until this day, one of them was Karang Taruna Janti. This research uses function of communication in an organization and loyalty aspects to perform analysis. This study uses qualitative description method with in-depth interviews, observations, and documentations to obtain data. Researchers used triangulation of data sources based on the results of interviews with Lecturers of Communication Sciences in Amikom Yogykarta, Mrs. Dwi Pela Agustina, S.I.Kom., M. A. This study concludes that Karang Taruna Janti performs organizational communication effectively that build member loyalty to Karang Taruna.
