This is also what makes English Cafe promote through social media in order to maintain its business. Based on the above statement, the researcher formulates the problem into how about promotion via Instagram by English Cafe? This study using a qualitative descriptive method. Collecting data using three methods, namely, interviews, observation, and documentation. And the method of data validity using the source triangulation method. The final results of this study are: several Instagram accounts belonging to English Cafe helped introduce the course institution to a wider market. Instagram features are used as a tool that helps promote the Instagram English Cafe. Of the nine Instagram features that are research, there are features that are used as promotional media, such as the caption feature, location, story, highlight, hashtag, photo or video upload. Meanwhile, the other three features are used by the English Cafe as a medium to build a closer relationship with partners and followers of the English Cafe.
