The sample\r\nin this study were adolescents in Magelang regency with a total of 383 adolescents.\r\nSampling using incidintal sampling technique. The theory used in the resilience\r\nvariable refers to Wagnild and Young's theory, while the problem solving theory\r\nrefers to Heppener and Peterson and the theory of interpersonal communication\r\nrefers to Bienvenu. Research measurement using resilience scale refers to Wagnild\r\nand Young theory, problem solving scale refers to Heppener and Peterson and\r\ninterpersonal communication scale refers to Bienvenu theory. Data were collected\r\nusing a resilience scale which has an alpha coefficient of 0.689, a problem solving\r\nscale that has an alpha coefficient of 0.833 and an interpersonal communication\r\nscale with an alpha coefficient of 1,96. The statistical analysis technique uses\r\nmultiple regression correlation because. The correlation coefficient (rxxy) is 25.679\r\nwith p = 0.000. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive relationship\r\nbetween problem solving and interpersonal communication with resilience in\r\nadolescents. Contribution of effective problem solving and interpersonal\r\ncommunication with a resilience of 11.9%. The results of the study show that there\r\nare still many adolescents who have low resilience and more dominant adolescents\r\nwho have very low resilience as much as 38.1%, so it is necessary to increase\r\nresilience in adolescents so that when facing pressure or problems, adolescents avoid\r\nmaladaptive behavior, aggressiveness, frustration. , depression, alcoholism, brawls\r\nand so on."^^ .
