This research is a Research and Development (R&D) which is done by referring to the procedural model. This development research procedure is based on 4-D model which has 4 steps, they are Define, Design, Develop, and Dessiminate. This research is done until Develop step in developmental testing. This research instruments are product validation sheet, quality assesment sheet, and student response questionnaire sheet. The validation sheet analises with descriptive test. The quality assesment uses likert 4 scale in the form of checklist, and student response questionnaire uses Guttman scale in the form of checklist too. The result of this research is physics module with SETS approach (Science Environment Technology Society) on the dynamic of rotation and rigid body for second grade of senior high school. The quality of this module based on physics expert, media expert, and physics teacher is very good with average score 3,43; 3,82; and 4,00.
