The teaching materials used are only books that have been provided by limited schools, the language used in teaching materials is in the form of Arabic and Javanese Pegon Arabic and there are also no learning objectives, learning indicators, exercises, evaluation of learning so that it is less interesting to learn. The aims of this research are to produce a form of Fikih Local Content Flipbook teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning, to see the feasibility of teaching Fikih Local Content Flipbook teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning and the effectiveness of using Fikih Local Content Flipbook teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning to improve student learning outcomes. VII grade students of SMP Diponegoro Depok, Sleman Regency. The methodology of this research was a type of R&D (Research and Development) research with the ADDIE model. The techniques of collecting data were interview, questionnaire, test, and observation. Data analysis using t-test (one group pretest-posttest) and N-gain. The research resulted in the development of Flipbook teaching materials for local content of Fikih based on Contextual Learning, especially thaharah materials for grade VII packaged in digital form. The Flipbook teaching material is equipped with features, namely being able to read the yellow book (arab pegon), proficient in technology, HOTS-based questions, QR Code-based links for material deepening, habituation, exemplary stories, mind mapping and summaries. The teaching materials focus more on understanding students and their application in everyday life. The Flipbook teaching materials of local content of Fikih based on Contextual Teaching and Learning that were developed were deemed appropriate to be used as a source of Fikih learning based on the assessment of material experts, media experts, analysis of the principles of developing materials and trial subjects.
