This development is carried out using a 4-D model which includes 4 main steps, namely (1) Define (2) Design (3) Develop (4) Disseminate. This research was carried out only until the Develop stage. The research instruments used were validation sheets, assessment sheets, student response questionnaire sheets, and implementation observation sheets. The module quality assessment uses a Likert scale with a scale of 4 and student responses use the Guttman scale which is made in the form of a checklist. While the implementation of the module uses a descriptive observation sheet. The results of this study were multi-representation based Student Worksheets (LKPD) on parabolic motion material for class X students at SMAN 1 Banguntapan. The quality of LKPD based on the results of the assessment of material experts, media and language experts, and science teachers has criteria of Good (B), Very Good (SB), and Good (B) with mean scores respectively 3.15, 3.30, and 3.10. Students' responses to products in limited trials and broad trials obtained the criteria of Yes (Y) with a mean score of 0.828 and 0.925, respectively.
