SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta is one of the schools affected by the great competition in this era of globalization, therefore, it is necessary to see how the services provided by school administration personnel to students. This study examines the problems related to the application of Total Quality management (TQM) to improve the quality of service, starting from analyzing the application of 10 elements of TQM, what services are provided in improving the quality of services at SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta. Theoretically this research is expected to add scientific insight to researchers and in addition to study information for the department of Islamic Education Management to develop a broader aspect. While practically can be used as a benchmark of the level of quality of service provided by the Administrative Staff of State High School 3 Yogyakarta to students. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with descriptive type. Researchers analyzed data/redaction words generated from various research data sources. The data source in this study is the head of Administration, education administration personnel and students at SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the service of education administration personnel at SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta is quite good. Evidenced by the existence of TQM elements that are applied to students and provide services to students and students by paying attention to the quality of both the facilities and infrastructure, as well as the needs of teaching and learning in the classroom. The form of educational administration services at SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta consists of 7 types of services, namely personnel administration, inventory of goods and equipment, preparation of programs and budgets, correspondence and archives, student administration, management of information systems and networks / operators of DAPODIKDASMEN, and treasurers. committee.
