So that teachers must prepare learning methods that are in accordance with current conditions. one of them is by using audiovisual media. But the use of these media still needs to be further developed in order to facilitate the learning process of mathematics. So it is necessary to hold further research on this matter. The problems studied in this study were the process of learning mathematics and the impact of using audiovisual media in learning mathematics in grade 5 in the Covid-19 era. This type of qualitative research is used with field research designs. Sources of data obtained in this study were taken from one deputy head of the curriculum, one mathematics teacher, 5 guardians of students, and 5 students of grade 5. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study includes the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses the triangulation method. The results showed that the learning process at MIM Kahuman was carried out online. In learning mathematics, the teacher uses one sheet of lesson plans and conveys material through learning videos that are sent to students through the class whatsapp group. The video contains learning materials taken from class 5 textbooks. In the video, the teacher explains the materials by providing examples of discussion questions. From the use of the video media, students can see the material delivered by the teacher repeatedly. Students can also observe, imitate, and participate in writing how to solve the example questions given by the teacher. %Z Dr. Moh. Agung Rokhimawan, M.Pd.
