But customer service used by Admisi is still using manual methods, in answering customer questions and recording data, this required a lot of energy and time. This is very prone to data loss, besides it has to pay a lot of cost and time. Many questions come from customers and must be answered quickly by customer service which makes service ineffective, inefficient, more costly and more energy. This research develops a digital system that makes the customer service process more effective and efficient, with a web-based Python programming language and MongoDb database. The development method used in this research is extreme programming, this chose because it has good feedback or communications between the developer and client. In addition this method is a method that has simple steps and is also more flexible to changes that occur. The result of this research is a web-based digital information system that can make the process of answering customer questions more effective and efficient, because this system can automatically answer using bot and record incoming data. So that previously spent a lot of time, now becomes small and efficient.
