Ag., M. A abstract: Early childhood are easily influenced by the environment around them and easily react to their environment. Fear and worry often have serious consequences for children's growth and development on progress in their achievement and social development. Health often occurs in early childhood, which requires special attention to feelings of anxiety, boredom and boredom that are being experienced by children due to the Covid-19 pandemic which is currently happening around the world because the virus outbreak disturbs children's mental health, therefore attention especially is needed so as not to develop in a crisis. One of the media used in this study was using a brain gym or brain exercise by performing simple body movements to stimulate the child's right and left brain. Canden Wetan Canden Jetis Hamlet Bantul Yogyakarta with a sample population of 20 children from 3 to 6 years of age This research uses quantitative research methods and the type of research used is pre-experimental design (nondesign) with one group pretest posttest design with data collection techniques using performance and documentation. Data analysis used the data normality test, homogeneity test and difference between the two means using the t test with paired sample t-test which was assisted by statistical calculations using SPSS 23 for windows. The results of the pretest and posttest early childhood mental health research showed a significance level (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05 which resulted from the two-mean difference test using the paired simple t test so that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest data. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Where the influence of brain gym on children's mental health before and after treatment shows differences that can affect the mental health of early childhood during the Covid-19 pandemic in the village of Canden Wetan Rt 05 Canden Jetis Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta.
