This is also accompanied by an increase in the use of gadgets, especially among teenagers. Followed by a report on the results of the RSCM FK UI research in April-June 2020 internet addiction in adolescents increased by 19.3\% from the previous year. The use of gadgets for needs during the pandemic is certainly not a problem if it is accompanied by good self-control. This study aims to determine the relationship between family functioning and religiosity with self-control in the use of gadgets in late teens during the pandemic. The population is 12th SMA Y totaling 175 with 116 samples taken by cluster random sampling technique. The data collection tools used were selfcontrol scale (26 items = 0.910), family functioning scale (19 items = 0.933 and religiosity scale (15 items = 0.878). The results of multiple regression analysis resulted in F = 11.972 and p = 0.000 (p {\ensuremath{<}}0.05) which means that there is a positive relationship between family functioning and religiosity together with self-control in the use of gadgets in late teens during the pandemic.} }
