One of them is it is have a qualification and competence In technology and communication. As a provider of boarding school human resources, of course it is necessary to change themselves with the needs of the development era. Society view about Islamic boarding school that less adaptive to era change must be changed with creating new idea in management system or a goal. The strategy that is used is create some technology program with curriculum that appropriate with criteria of human resource need of industry revolution era 4.0. So this research want to know about how education concept in IT islamic boarding school Yogyakarta, how implementation of management strategies, and how the result is acheived. This research use qualitative research with data collection technique is interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis use data reduction, data presentation, and give conclusion. Techniques of determining validity use triangulation technique and source triangulation. The result of this research show that (1) the education of IT islamic boarding school Yogyakarta has a concept to create student who has ability in technology support with strong religious. The concept of foster brother as islamic boarding school development from student who has income to student who has stay at home in financial concept and concept that has orientation to underprivileged students. (2) Strategy Management implementation initiates the first stage from environment analysis, need demand factor of human resources that have technological ability increase into external factors. While internal factors occur because the Leader has a strong commitment to go forward, Islamic boarding school that has orientation to student able and it has aims to produce alumna who has skill in technology. Second stage strategy formulation with formulating vision, mission, and purpose of Islamic boarding school with digital curriculum development strategy i.e programmer, imers, cyber, and multimedia which are appropriate with need of industry revolution era 4.0. Third stage strategy implementation is conducted by IT program learning process that is guide by mentor directly also religion learning by youtube and deposit for Quran memorization. Fourth stage, strategy evaluation is conducted by group system, consist of one mentor with five students so that learning result more effective.
