In this case, the Library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga has a very central role in the Management of Electronic Resources. This study aims to analyze the pattern of Electronic Resources management, Unravel the supporting and inhibiting factors, and identify the solutions made for these obstacles. This type of research is field research. Data collection uses the method of observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. the data collected is then analyzed. Data analysis used the Miles and Hubberman interactive analysis method with the help of the NVIVO version 12 application. The results obtained in the study are as follows: first, there are three stages in the management of Electronic Resources at the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library which are analyzed using the TERMS theory; 1) Procurement of Electronic Resources collection that is associated with indicators of identification of Electronic Resources content and acquisition of Electronic Resources collection. 2) Utilization of Electronic Resources that are associated with implementation indicators. 3) Electronic Resources Evaluation associated with evaluation indicators and ongoing access, annual reviews (value for money), as well as cancellations and replacements. Second, the supporting and inhibiting factors are divided respectively into tangible and intangible aspects. 1) tangible supporting factors such as electricity and internet availability and EZProxy authentication. 2) Intangible supporting factors are leadership support and supporting academic climate. 3) Tangible inhibiting factors are the budget and electricity that often dies. 4) Intangible inhibiting factors are language, negative perspectives related to the management of Electronic Resources and limited human resources.
