While its utilization as a structured learning method to strengthen cognitive stimulation is still quite a step. Considering this need, researchers recommend Picture & GraphTtechnology Learning Methods. In this case, an initial assessment is required to determine the level of the educator's view of early childhood cognitive stimulation, also, it is also necessary to know the level of understanding of the technology and its use in early childhood learning. To find out the results, this research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive types. In data collection using internet-based survey methods and data analysis using descriptive-analytical techniques. While the research subjects were educators in 9 kindergartens accredited "A" who fostered early childhood aged 46 years in the city of Yogyakarta. In facilitating data calculation, statistical tools are used in the form of computer programs SPSS 16.0. The results showed that the variables of kindergarten educators' views in Yogyakarta on cognitive stimulation fall into high and moderate categories. This means that educators are well aware of the importance of providing cognitive stimulus too early childhood. The variables of understanding learning technology fall into a high category, which means educators are quite good at understanding learning technology. While the variables of using learning technology fall into the medium category, it means that educators are quite capable of using learning technology. These results assume that kindergarten educators can stimulate early childhood cognitive by utilizing learning technology. Therefore, Picture and Graph Technology method as a structured learning method in utilizing multimedia needs to be introduced. For the sake of effectiveness, the method is required initial preparation, starting from determining the objectives and themes of learning, choosing the multimedia to be used, and determining interactive learning models that suit the needs of learning.
