The sample in this study were 120 working mothers who accompany elementary children with online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic who lived in Sleman Regency. The sample was taken using a quota sampling technique. The measurement of stress variables uses a stress scale based on the stress aspects stated by Harjdana (Sari et al, 2016) with an Alpha coefficient of 0.955. Meanwhile, positive religious coping variables are measured using a positive religious coping scale based on the aspects stated by Alflakseir & Coleman (2011), the Alpha coefficient is 0.970. The statistical analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is the Spearman Rho nonparametric correlation. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant negative relationship between positive religious coping and stress in working mothers who accompany school children online during the Covid-19 pandemic. The correlation coefficient (rxy) is -0.216 and the significance is 0.002 (p <0.05), with the effective contribution of positive religious coping to stress of 6.9%.
