Siantari Rihartono, M.Si %T PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA DI MASA PANDEMI (Survei Pada Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi Pembantu Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bantul) %X Many cases of discipline violations that occur in government official’s like late arrived at the office, unproductive while working, not excited, left office early and other problem’s caused by discipline violation’s. There is a lot of news in social media who preach about lack of morale. Based on republika.co.id report, there are 103 government employees in Bantul regency who didn’t came to work at office. This problem maybe can indicate that there is lack of morale. Moekijat said there is many indication about lacking of morale, one of them is discipline. Especially at this pandemic situation, civil servant can easily violate office regulations, as described above. Therefore in-depth research is needed to prove the truth of this argument. The method that used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection using a questionnaire. This questionnaires were distributed to PPID Pembantu Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bantul. The sample in this study were 63 respondent’s. The result of this study, there is the affect of internal communication on work enthusiasm. This is evidenced by the hypothesis test with a simple regression test that the sig. value is 0.000 < 0.05. Based this result so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
