During that pandemic, in Indonesia, the online learning becomes the solution in maintaining teaching-learning activities. The students’ learning motivation as the key in achieving goals in the future must be implemented and improved. Teachers as facilitators of learning play a role in educating the next generations to become competent. Students’ learning motivation will be measured using the elaboration likelihood model theory developed by social psychologists, Richard Petty and John Cacioppo. This research uses quantitative research methods by collecting the data using questionnaires as the research instruments. In analyzing the data, the simple regression analysis formula is used to find out describes the teachers' influences toward students’ learning motivation in the online learning process using IBM Statistics v25. This research was conducted by online on 70 eight-grade students in MTs Negeri 4 Bantul.
