This research is quantitative descriptive study with the subject of this research is the active users (member) of Jogja Library for All and the object of this research is the benefits of Jogja Library for All. The data collection techniques of this research are questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The population of this research were 70 active users of Jogja Library for All. The sampling techniques of this research is saturated sampling because the number of population is less than 100 people, so the number of samples is equal to the population. The variable of this research is single variable which benefits of Jogja Library for All to fulfill the user?s information needs using the ISO 9241-11 usability approach. The measurement of the benefits of Jogja Library for All that consist of 3 (three) components, they?re effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The results of this research showed the overall average value of the three indicators research that calculated by using Mean and Grandmean formulas obtained score of 3,166 so can be categorized Good. As for details of each indicator that is the indicators of effectiveness obtained score of 3,110 and categorized Good, the efficiency indicators obtained score of 3,222 and categorized Good, and the satisfaction indicators obtained score of 3,165 and also categorized Good. Based on the results of calculations using the interval scale formulas, it can be seen that the benefits of Jogja Library for All to fulfill the user?s information needs using the ISO 9241-11 usability approach is already classified as Good. The results of this research provide recommendations to managers of Jogja Library for All to always improve their system performance, provide the latest information and always promote their digital information materials. So they?re can be fulfill the information needs of their users and the general public.
