In online learning, PAUD educators are required to be creative in making learning media. However, the fact in the field is that there are still many educators who are not proficient in using technology to create learning media. Another fact shows that the welfare of the internet network in Indonesia is still not evenly distributed. This means that online learning is hampered and educators are less creative in packaging digital learning media. The Education Office of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency organized a podcast and radio media learning content program for learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, with this study, researchers want to dissect the implementation of the use of podcasts and radio that can stimulate the creativity of educators. This study uses qualitative research with data sources from representatives of the Education Office, Radio RDP, a team of facilitators from IGI Pali and Digiedu Community, as well as PAUD educators. The technique of testing the validity of the data uses triangulation of sources and techniques. The main purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of using podcast and radio media to stimulate the creativity of PAUD educators during the COVID-19 pandemic and to see what creativity is seen in the implementation of podcast and radio media creation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of using podcasts and radio to stimulate the creativity of PAUD educators is made of webinars and online training programs. The implementation of this training program is adjusted to the material for making scripts, sound recordings, audacity applications, audio visualizers and publications of works. (2) Implementation of the use of podcasts and radio can stimulate the creativity of PAUD educators.
