%X This study aims to (1) produce a physics instructional video media that can be used as learning in SMA N 1 Pajangan. (2) determine the quality of the physics learning video for class XI students at SMA N 1 Pajangan. (3) determine the student's response to the physics learning video. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research with the development model is a procedural model. The development procedure uses the 4-Dissemination (4-D) model which includes Define, Design, and Develop which is limited to a limited test. The research instruments used were validation sheets, assessment sheets and student response sheets. Assessment of the quality of the physics instructional video media uses a Likert scale with a scale of 4 and student responses use the Guttman scale which is made in the form of a checklist. The results of the study were (1) physics learning videos for class XI students. (2) The quality of the physics learning video based on the evaluation of the material expert, media expert and physics teacher got the results in the "Good" category with the acquisition of material experts with 3.24, the media expert with a score of 3.00 and the assessment of the physics teacher with a mean score of 3.44. (3) Student responses to the physics learning video on the limited test obtained the agree (Yes) category with an average score of 0.56.
