This research portrays the religious character in the subjects of moral theology and civic education at Senior High School Mu’allimin Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor East Lombok. Efforts to ensure the quality of learning management, recearchers use integrated quality management as a strategy to see how the form of character learning standard setting is in the learning implementations plane, the learning process, the learning evaluation that leads to the develovement of character learning standards. It is hoped that quality learning pattern can contribute to the formation of students who practice religious and nationalist values in social life. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. The main subjects in this study were the deputy head of the curriculum, educator, and students. The material object in this research is Senior High School Mu’allimin Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor East Lombok and the formal object is the develovment of character learning management based on total quality management. This research data collection technique using interview, observation, and documentation metods. Data analysis in this study using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. Meanwhile, the validity of the data in this study used the technique triangulation and source triangulation methods. The results of this study indicate that; 1) The concept of teaching and learning activities at Senior High School Mu’allimin Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor East Lombok based on the 2013 curriculum and run according to management functions; 2) The application of the quality of learning in Senior High School Mu’allimin Nahdlatul Wathan Pancor East Lombok is realized by combining internal and external quality. The integration of internal quality is manifested in the empowerment of existing recources in the madrasah, while the combination of external quality is realized based on learning, outcomes from superior organizations that are then integrated with the management process; 3) The result of the practice of learning management with a total quality management approach include the spirit of nationality, the spirit of diversity, and the spirit of social care, the results of the identification of the values ar carried out trough exemplary and habituation approaches.This researceh is motivated by the importance of quality caracter learning management that is cultivated in educational.
