The population in this study were customers of PT BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Syariah with samples taken using purposive sampling method. Primary data collection is by distributing questionnaires. There are 80 questionnaires processed in this study. The data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software to test the research data. The results showed that the perception of convenience, comfort and trust simultaneously has a significant effect on customer decisions to use Islamic bank savings products Madina. Partially, the perceived convenience variable does not have a significant effect on customer decisions to use savings products at Islamic Madina banks with a significant level of 0.070 above 0.05. The comfort variable has a significant positive effect on customer decisions to use savings products at Islamic Madina Banks with a significant level of 0.050 below 0.05.
