Political parties, especially Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP), which have a relatively large mass base, play an active role and contribute to policies implemented in the regions, including programs related to the welfare of Madrasah Diniyah teachers. The problems in this study are: 1) What is the background of the role of PDI Perjuangan in the Diniyah Madrasah Teacher Incentive Social Program in Batang Regency?, 2) What is the role of the PDI Perjuangan in the Diniyah Madrasah Teacher Incentive Social Program in Batang Regency? This research is a qualitative descriptive study, and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews. Observations were made on the DPC PDI Perjuangan regency office in Batang and Madrasah Uswatun Hasanah. Interviews were conducted with PDI-P members, Madrasah Diniyah teachers, and related communities. Documentation, namely documents related to the Incentive Program such as Decree, sample submission proposal, and other related supporting documents.
