        abstract = {This study has a purpose, namely to determine the effect of religiosity
variables, reference groups and knowledge on customer decisions in choosing
Islamic banks. The type of data used in this study was primary data. The population
in this study are all Islamic bank customers who live and/or work in Purwakarta
Regency. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and the number of
samples used in this study were 104 people. The data analysis technique used was
multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 as an analytical tool.
The result of this study stated that partially religiosity variable has no
significant effect on customer decisions to choose Islamic banks. While the
reference group variables and knowledge partially have a positive and significant
effect on customer?s decisions to choose Islamic banks. But overall or
simultaneously all independent variables namely religiosity, reference group and
knowledge have a positive and significant influence on customer decisions to
choose Islamic banks. So, when there is a simultaneous change of the three
independent variables, the customer's decision in choosing an Islamic bank also
changes according to changes in the independent variable.}
