The population in the study were all employees of BPRS Suriyah Cilacap. In testing the hypothesis used is the SPSS method version 25. While the number of samples taken was 43 respondents. The sampling method in this study is non probability sampling while the sampling technique is saturated sampling. The results showed that simultaneously (Test F) showed that the variables of value suitability, goal suitability, fulfillment of employee needs, and suitability of personality culture traits simultaneously affected organizational commitment. Meanwhile, based on the results of the research partially (t test) it shows that the variables of value suitability, goal suitability, employee needs fulfillment, and personality culture character suitability have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.} }
