BPRS MADINA MANDIRI SEJAHTERA YOGYAKARTA) %X This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work compensation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. The population in this study is all employees of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. . Sampling in this study using saturated samples. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. In this study using 28 respondents who can be processed. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation, work compensation, and work environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work motivation variable has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with a t-value of -0.763 0.05. 0.05.
