Giving gifts and discounts to customers is one of the company's strategic steps to create loyal customers. By having a good relationship and customer loyalty, the company has the opportunity to get a big profit. Likewise with PT. Gojek Indonesia, which issued a Gopoints gift and discount program. However, a problem arises in the midst of Indonesia's Muslim majority society. The issue that highlights whether the mechanism for giving gifts and discounts by companies to customers is in accordance with the legal rules of the sharia agreement, what are the benefits that customers will get in the Gopoints gift and discount program. To get answers to these questions, researchers conducted qualitative research with a normative approach. The primary source in this study is data obtained from the PT. Gojek Indonesia regarding the gopoints gift program mechanism which will be supported by secondary sources in the form of books, journals and websites related to sharia agreement law. The observation technique is carried out by browsing the Gojek Indonesia website, tracing how the Gojek application works, especially with regard to the gopoints program. Then the data that has been collected is analyzed using descriptive methods, so that conclusions will be drawn about the subject matter of this research study. Based on the research results, the results show that gopoints is generally a gift-giving program as a form of appreciation and appreciation to customers who have been loyal to use the features of the Gojek application. Giving gifts and discounts by Gojek service providers to customers does not violate sharia rules. There are no elements of maishir and gharar in practice. In Islam, giving gifts is justified as long as there is no element of prohibition and harm. In this regard, there is generally no undue harm to the giving of gifts and discounts to customers. Even customers tend to benefit from this program.} }
