As one of the goals for the welfare of the village community in accordance with the potential that exists in the village and can take advantage of existing natural resources. The business program run by BUMDes Mulya Abadi Sejahtera Kamulyan Village is in the car rental business unit, cast molen rental and stationery / photocopying. However, with the existence of this business unit, the village community has not fully felt the existence of BUMDes. Because business units are only capital-intensive, so they have not been able to create a workforce in the village to improve the economy in the village. This type of research is field research and the nature of this research is descriptive-analytical using a qualitative approach. While the data analysis method used is deductive. In the data collection method, the compiler uses the method of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that BUMDes Human Resources had carried out general management functions, namely planning, organization, mobilization and supervision. However, the performance is not yet professional which is caused by several factors, namely the lack of communication between the leader and his subordinates so that it does not run smoothly, there is no supervision of employees and there are no binding work rules. Meanwhile, from the three business units run by BUMDes in 2017-2019 there is development in terms of income but there is no vision and mission yet.
