%T IMPLEMENTASI MODEL EVALUASI CIPP (CONTEXS, INPUT, PROCESS, PRODUCT) PROGRAM LP2QB DI ASRAMA ARDAN PONDOK PESANTREN TA’MIRUL ISLAM SURAKARTA
%X This research was researched on the basis of the absence of research that
discussed the evaluation of the LP2QB program at the Islamic Boarding School
Ta'mirul Surakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the
implementation of the LP2QB program in terms of communication, resources,
disposition and bureaucratic structure. As well as knowing the evaluation of the
LP2QB program with the CIPP evaluation model. As well as knowing the
percentage of the effectiveness of the LP2QB program.
This study used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods
(mixed method) with the CIPP model evaluation approach. A qualitative approach
is used to evaluate in terms of context, input, process and product. Meanwhile,
quantitative research is used in calculating program effectiveness. The research
was conducted by means of interviews, observation, documentation, and
questionnaires. Previous researchers have determined indicators in each
component to be evaluated.
The result, 1) implementation of the LP2QB program in terms of
communication by means of socialization to all students, teachers and guardians
of the students. In terms of resources, both human resources, infrastructure and
funding sources were all chosen by the Pondok Masayikh and the existing
resources in accordance with the expectations of the community. In terms of
disposition, the disposition of the LP2QB program to the LP2QB coordinator runs
well and is coordinated. And in terms of the structure of the bureau in accordance
with the structure of the cottage and has a relationship of instructions. 2) The
results of the CIPP evaluation model, a) context evaluation The vision and
mission of the LP2QB program has not been written in print, so researchers
cannot analyze according to indicators. b) evaluation of inputs, ustadzah
according to indicators or criteria as ustadzah or tutor in the LP2QB program. The
curriculum is not written yet. c) process evaluation The LP2QB program process
runs well according to the schedule set by the lodge. Methods, material, media,
motivation, management and infrastructure are good and complement each other
so that they are in accordance with program objectives. d) evaluation of product
objectives to realize the motto of the pondok "Alquran as the crown of the
cottage" and it was successful, seen from the five years of the establishment of the
LP2QB program being able to score 28 hafidzoh 2) the effectiveness of the
LP2QB program at 80% level stated that the LP2QB program was effective.
