%X This research aims to (1) develop Biology Comic on Animal Tissue material as Learning Media (2) to determine the quality of Biology Comic On Animal Tissue material. The type of this research is a Research and Development (RnD) and use Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. This research is conducted in SMAN 1 Kasihan, Bantul. The instruments of data collection were product quality questionnaire sheets and assesed by material expert, media expert, peer reviewers, and biology teacher, as well as student response questionnaires by 10 students of SMAN 1 Kasihan, Bantul. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the result of study, quality of product according the material expert, media expert, peer reviewers, and biology teacher is Very Good with ideal percentage of quality assesments are 85,15% while student’s responses state that the product’ quality is Good with ideal percentage 78,5%. Therefore, it can be conclude that the product Biology Comic is of very good quality, so it is feasible to be used as a learning media
