Students' difficulties in following learning can be influenced by many factors that make students stubborn or do not want to follow the teacher's orders. One of the factors that can cause this is the environment or the inheritance of the family. Lack of attention from family, especially parents, will make students less controlled and cause deviations. These deviations have an impact in Madrasahs such as the difficulty of students in learning, being stubborn and can cause a decrease in memory levels. This research is a field research using qualitative methods, in research using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Sources of data in this study include the head of the Madrasah, teaching teachers, Madrasah employees and students of MI Al Islam Giwangan. The results of this study indicate that first, the implementation of tahfiz learning at MI Al-Islam Giwangan is carried out in the morning, precisely after the apple activity. In addition to the tahfiz program, there are several supporting activities to assist students in the learning process such as repair and smooth memorization. The supporting activities include morning apples, duha prayers, obligatory midday prayers and Asr. Second, the correlation of learning tahfiz Al-Qur'an on efforts to improve memory of students can be observed in the learning process. The problems of students in following the tahfiz learning process make the tahfiz method indispensable, especially in an effort to improve memory. We can see this through the implementation of lessons and activities in which there are support for learning tahfiz. Apart from that, from the achievements or results such as the acquisition of memorization, the process of keeping memorization, exams and the implementation of graduation for students who have completed several memorization targets.} }
