The role of the teacher in instilling social-emotional can make the children into good personalities such as being independent, responsible, helping, and sharing. There are 3 main focuses in this study, firstly to determine the importance of the role of teachers in instilling social-emotional in early childhood, secondly to determine the implementation of social-emotional cultivation in early childhood, and thirdly to determine the impact of the role of teachers in instilling social-emotional in young children. This research I qualitative, the subjects of this research are the principal, educators, and students B5. The Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques of the research are used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Furthermore, to determine the validity of the data using triangulation, with various data collection techniques to obtain data from the same source The results of this study indicate that (1) the role of the teacher in educating children is important in shaping the behavior and knowledge that children learn. (2) implementation of the teacher's role in instilling children's social-emotional through exemplary methods, advice, storytelling, and habituation.
