Aseli Dagadu Djokdja) %X The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various aspects of people's lives. The impacts that arise are not limited to the health aspect, but also have an impact on socio-cultural, religious, political, economic and so on. In the economic aspect, especially in the industrial world, the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a decline in company revenues. As a result of the decline in the company's income, the company became burdened to carry out all contractual relationships with its employees. This situation is also experienced by PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic made the sales turnover of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja declined. In addition, policies issued by the Government, especially the Ministry of Manpower and also the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) in preventing the spread of COVID-19 in companies and also in DIY in general, resulted in a work agreement between PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja and Workers cannot be carried out properly. So because of this, PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja made changes to the work agreement. This study aims to answer the formulation of the problem; whether the COVID-19 Pandemic can be categorized as Force Majeure in the Work Agreement between PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja and Workers, what is the mechanism for changing the Work Agreement at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, and whether the changes to the Work Agreement between PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja and the Worker have complied with the statutory regulations. This type of research is a field research with a juridical-empirical approach. The nature of this research is descriptive analytic. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained by means of interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis methods and in drawing conclusions is done inductively. The results of this study are that there are two kinds of changes to the work agreement at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, the first is the change in the work agreement for the implementation of the Work From Home system, and the second is the change in the work agreement by laying off some workers. The change in the work agreement was made due to the emergence of the COVID-19 Pandemic, which in this case is categorized as a relative Force Majeure. Then the mechanism for changing the work agreement on the implementation of the Work From Home system is by collective bargaining between PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja and representatives of the Workers which were then outlined and announced through the Company's Internal Memo, while the mechanism for changing the work agreement to lay off some of the Workers was carried out by negotiating and signing a "Perjanjian Bersama" between PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja and the Worker concerned. Finally, the change in the work agreement made at PT.
