This boarding school was chosen since it flourishes and successfully develops its business units within and outside the school. The study employed Non-Probability Sampling with saturated sample technic. A questionnaire was sent to 120 last-year-student respondents. The obtained data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS. The results showed that Innovative Work Behavior could mediate the link between Spiritual Quotient and Performance variables but not between Islamic Work Ethics and Performance ones. It was able to mediate between Self-Efficacy and Performance variables. While Spiritual Quotient, Self-Efficacy, and Innovative Work Behavior significantly brought positive influence to Performance, Islamic Work Ethics did not. Islamic Work Ethics did not bring significant influence to Innovative Work Behavior but Spiritual Quotient and Self-Efficacy gave positive impact to it significantly. The study was hoped to reinforce the school?s policy on preparing the future leaders and, at the same time, with the spiritual quotient the students had, they were encouraged to be innovative, independent. The pupils were also expected to possess Islamic ethics and able to improve their performance.} }
