The method of data collection was through distributing questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of the BNI Syariah Semarang branch and samples were taken of the first 40 people who filled out the questionnaire for two weeks. The analysis technique in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The tool used is SPSS 22. Conclusions are drawn intrinsic reward has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees BNI Syariah Semarang Branch, extrinsic reward does not have a positive and insignificant influence on the performance of employees BNI Syariah Semarang Branch, preventive punishment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees BNI Syariah Semarang Branch, and repressive punishment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees BNI Syariah Semarang Branch. %Z Pembimbing: Hasan Al Banna, S.E.I., M.E
