%T PERAN PERPUSTAKAAN SEKOLAH DALAM PROSES BELAJAR MENGAJAR DI SMA NEGERI 2 BANTUL
%X The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the
school library in supporting the teaching and learning process for users at SMAN
2 Bantul. The method in this study uses a qualitative with a phenomenological
approach. The data collection technique used in this study used purposive
sampling by conducting observations and interviews. The types and sources of
data in the study are qualitative data using primary data sources, while the data
analysis carried out in this study is through the process of data reduction, data
presentation and conclusion drawing. The informants in this study were 8 (eight)
people, with 5 (five) as key informants and 3 (people) as additional informants.
From the results of the study, it was concluded that the Prapanca Library as the
library of SMAN 2 Bantul had a role in the teaching and learning process at
SMAN 2 Bantul. The role of the Prapanca library given has various impacts, such
as as a provider of information related to the learning process, as a provider of
learning and research places, as well as as a guide in searching for information in
supporting the teaching and learning process through the assistance of users. Not
only that, the Prapanca Library is also able to play a role in facilitating users to
find and explore new ideas at the Prapanca Library. Library also provided
collections that are in accordance with curriculum and collaborate with other
libraries to adding the informations
