abstract: The lack of teacher motivation in teaching in the classroom has several
reasons. In this study, we analyze the role of organizational communication to
increase teacher teaching motivation at the Raudhatus Salaam Islamic Boarding
School, Yogyakarta. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using the
organizing theory of Karl Weick. This study focuses on the role of organizational
communication to increase teacher teaching motivation at Pondok Pesantren
Raudhatus Salaam Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that
organizational communication has a role to increase teacher teaching motivation
through organizational communication carried out by Islamic Boarding School
Leaders, Principals, Teachers, Staff, and employees. Organizational
