%T PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN SHARIA COMPLIANCE TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH BTN SYARIAH KC YOGYAKARTA
%X This research aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance which consist of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness and sharia compliance implementation toward BTN Syariah customer loyalty in Yogyakarta Branch Office. The population in this research are all customers of BTN Syariah in Yogyakarta Branch Office with 100 respondents as the sample. The sample was conducted by purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Collecting data was conducted by online questionnaire and offline questionnaire. This research use the multiple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, fairness and sharia compliance had an impact toward customer loyalty simultaneously. For the partial test, transparency and fairness variables have positive impact, while, accountability, responsibility, independence, and sharia compliance variables do not have any impact toward customer loyalty.
