        abstract = {Loves from relationship partner who is the closest person to breast cancer survivor 
is  a  vital  thing  for  them.  Manifestations  of  love  feelings  and  affection  from  the 

husband become a basic need for the breast cancer survivor. Hence, this research 

purpose is to understand how the description of love, the impact, and many factors 

that affect the love of a husband to his wife that experiencing breast cancer. The 

type  of  this  research  is  qualitative  research  with  a  case  study  approach.  Data 

collection  is  collected  by  using  observation  and  interview  methods  which  gather 

from one main informant and two significant others. The result of this research is 

to explain that there were seven themes to describe loves which is: 1) The beauty of 

heartstrings, not just physical and sexualities, 2) the form of presence to God, 3) 
The resistance of adaptation, 4) Self-awareness of commitment and roles, 5) Giving 
more attention, 6) Psychological support (verbal \& physical touch) and 7) Acts of 

service.  All  of  the  loves  that  were  describes  were  giving  an  impact  as  follows; 

creating a positive mind and spirit to recover, creating kids' positive views of love 

and parenting, creating families tenacities which and causing a satisfaction feeling 

and  happiness  for  lovers  (husband).  Whereas  factors  that  affected  the  love  of  a 

husband to wives with breast cancer are; 1) Estrangement, 2) Willingness to learn 

3)  Past  processing  memories,  4)  Religiosity,  5)  Parents  positive  message,  and  6) 

Children from parents whoever parted. The result of this research is to show that 

several descriptions of a husband who loves to wife with breast cancer have a factor 

that affecting and creating an impact on the survivor, people around her even her 

husband itself.}
