The population used in this study are the companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2016 ? 2018. Research sample methods using purposive sampling. The method of analysis used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that there has been no effect on probability on firm values, board diversity does not affect the firm values, capital structure has a positive effect on firm values; CSR as moderate variable has weakned the relationship of probability to firm values, CSR as moderate variable strengthen the relationship of board diversity to firm values, CSR as moderate variable strengthen the relationship of capital structure to firm values.} }
