To create high performance, it is necessary to increase optimal work and be able to utilize the potential of human resources possessed by employees to create organizational goals. This study aims to determine how the influence of hard skills, soft skills and work experience on employee performance. This research was conducted at public accounting firms in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all auditors at public accounting firms in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, amounting to 100 employees. The sampling technique in this study used convenience sampling. The sample used in data processing is a questionnaire that has been returned by each KAP to the researcher. The data taken in this research is using primary data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data analysis technique in this study was using multiple linear regression analysis which was carried out on the SPSS version 25.00 data analysis tool. Based on the results of the study, partially the hard skill variable has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees in public accounting firms in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The soft skill variable partially has a positive effect on the performance of employees in public accounting firms in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
