The dependent variable in this study is turnover intention. While the independent variables in this study are job stress, organizational commitement, job satisfaction and work engagement. The population in this study is all employees of BPR Syariah Dinar Ashri Mataram. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a research sample of 35 employees. Data collection was carried out though questionnaires and interviews. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of data analysis tools IBM SPSS Statistics 20.00. The results showed that job stress, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and work engagement simultaneously affect turnover intention. Partially the organizational commitment variable has a significant negative effect on turnover intention with a tcount of -3.994 and a significant value of 0.000. Job stress, job satisfaction and work engagement variables have no effect on turnover intention.
