This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research were all employees at BRI Syariah KC Semarang. Sampling in this research uses a non-probability sampling technique by using purposive sampling. Primary data in this research were obtained by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale which had 5 alternative answers. In this research using 30 processed questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that transformational leadership style, emotional intelligence, and religiosity of employees simultaneously had a positive effect on employee performance. Partially the transformational leadership style variable had a negative effect on employee performance with t arithmetic 0.918. Emotional intelligence variable had a positive effect on employee performance with t arithmetic 3.454. While the employee religiosity variable had a negative effect on employee performance with t arithmetic 0.048.
