Employee performance plays an important and potential role in the success of a company. Thus, to make a greater contribution to the company, good employee performance must be managed properly. A good organizational climate, the absence of stress at work, and a good locus of control are factors that can affect employee performance. This research is quantitative in nature intending to test pre-defined hypotheses. The data collection technique in this study was a saturated sample, in which the entire population became a sample of 47 respondents. The data obtained in this study is to distribute in the form of google form. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and hypothesis testing using the IBM Version 25 application. The results of the study show that the value of R square is 0.727, which means 72, 7% of the variation in employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic can be explained by variations in the three organizational climate variables, work stress and locus of control. while the remaining 100%-72.7% = 27.3% is explained by reasons that are outside the model. The results of research T stated that organizational climate and locus of control had an effect on employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic, while the stress variable did not affect employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic in the case study of BSI KC Takengon Central Aceh.
