"This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, work stress, and\r\nlocus of control on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic in the case\r\nstudy of BSI KC Takengon Central Aceh. Employee performance plays an important\r\nand potential role in the success of a company. Thus, to make a greater contribution\r\nto the company, good employee performance must be managed properly. A good\r\norganizational climate, the absence of stress at work, and a good locus of control are\r\nfactors that can affect employee performance. This research is quantitative in nature\r\nintending to test pre-defined hypotheses. The data collection technique in this study\r\nwas a saturated sample, in which the entire population became a sample of 47\r\nrespondents. The data obtained in this study is to distribute in the form of google form.\r\nThe data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test,\r\nclassical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and hypothesis\r\ntesting using the IBM Version 25 application. The results of the study show that the\r\nvalue of R square is 0.727, which means 72, 7% of the variation in employee\r\nperformance during the Covid-19 pandemic can be explained by variations in the three\r\norganizational climate variables, work stress and locus of control. while the remaining\r\n100%-72.7% = 27.3% is explained by reasons that are outside the model. The results\r\nof research T stated that organizational climate and locus of control had an effect on\r\nemployee performance during the covid-19 pandemic, while the stress variable did not\r\naffect employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic in the case study of BSI\r\nKC Takengon Central Aceh. The results of the F test show that the organizational\r\nclimate, work stress, and locus of control simultaneously have a significant effect on\r\nemployee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic, the case study of BSI KC\r\nTakengon Central Aceh."^^ .
