The population in this study were all employees of BSM Area Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample of 75 employees. Primary data in this study using 68 questionnaires that can be processed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linier regression. The result of this study indicate that training, organizational culture, self-regulated learning, and personal characteristics simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Partially training variabel has a positive and significant effect on employee competence with a t count 2,575 > t table 1,998 and significance value 0.012 < 0.05. The variable organizational culture has not effect and significant effect on employee competence with a t count 0,311< t table 1,998 and significance value 0.757 > 0.05. Self-regulated learning variable has a positive and significant effect on employee competence with a t count 2,171 > 1,998 and significance value 0.034 < 0.05. Personal characteristics variable has a positive and significant effect on employee competence with a t count 9,047 > 1,998 and significance value 0.000 < 0.05. %Z Pembimbing: Farid Hidayat, S.H., M.S.I
