The method of analysis used multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 software. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Primary data in this study were obtained from respondents. The number of population in this study were 34 respondents. The results of this study indicate that job promotion and Islamic work ethic have no effect on employee performance, while competence has a positive and significant effect eon employee performance.} }
